bruh, it's been so long

So, I'm looking for an end of month birthday in July and/or June; and I am highly confused: why are there 31 days in July?
          If there really are 31 days in July, that means that there are 30 in August, 31 in September and 30 in October. 
          But that's not right, right?
          Because there are 31 days in October, otherwise Halloween wouldn't exist.
          Help, please.
          AM I THE ONLY PERSON TO EITHER REALIZE THIS OR BE BOTHERED BY THIS???????

I just deleted 53 stories from my library so I wasn't read the same books over and over.
          
          All of them were fanfics
