If you feel doubtful, sad or depressed, talk to someone, go into a room and express your feelings to the person.
If you have a hard time expressing your feelings to a person, then go in a empty room, and cry, scream or do whatever! Just let out your feelings, because no one is going to know, and you're bottling feelings. Which brings stress, depression and sdaness. I've delt with these problems, trust me and believe in yourself
Motivate yourself, and if your helping someone with there problems, then use that knowledge to help yourself. You were born for a reason; you have a job, you have a part in life.
If you need help, talk to me or a person around! Talk to A PET OR STUFFED ANIMAL! Let those feelings out, if not....Duolingo, peppa, kermit, bob the builder, and Elmo will go to your house and kidnap you.
