Hello everyone, Amaya here! 
          I am currently halfway done with Chapter 11 of Yokai!! (Yay!) 
          I am going to be asking you guys to post your comments and critiques of the story from now on! 
          I really would like to make it better and have it become more well known! 
          It would help me so much as a writer if you posted your personal opinions of characters, dialogue, plot development and other qualities of my story.
          And please, be honest! I take harsh criticism well and it really does help me :) 
          But, be nice to my characters </3 They are truly my babies.

          I apologize for my absence.... again. 
          I have just moved back into university and am slowly getting used to busy, academic life again. 
          I am currently in the middle of Chapter 9 for Yokai, and will have it up soon!
          I apologize to all of you, and thank you all for dealing with me :)

Hello Everyone!
          The newest chapter of Yokai is out! Notice that it says "Part 1", that is because since there are two characters mentioned, there will be two or more chapters dedicated to them, also since their trial is a bit more difficult. 
          
          I wanted to apologize for the lack of updating for the past few months, luckily, now that I have my roommates in college hooked on the story, it'll be impossible to take a break again haha!
          
          I just saw that Yokai is ranked #639 on the Paranormal list, that's pretty cool!

Hello everyone! 
          I know that I have been extremely dormant the past few months, with finals in college, flying all the way back home to Hawaii, working two summer jobs and still doing online college courses? I've been busy to say the least. I am currently working on the next chapter for "Yokai Academy" and I am also in the process of replacing one of the characters. Nikki will no longer be in the story and will be replaced with Severa, even though Nikki wasn't full introduced yet, so it truly doesn't matter. Nikki is my real-life friend who inspired the character, but I just couldn't really make her a good part of the story, so I am replacing her. Nikki was supposed to be a ToraYasha which is a Japanese tiger spirit, which I also thought was a bit repetitive. 
          So, welcome to Yokai, Severa! 
          The next chapter should be out by tonight or tomorrow :)
