@FluffyNarwhals432 Mine does the same thing. It means that there isn't enough power to go around to all the house and lots of the other things in your house take up more electricity (shuch as your fridge, freezer, tv, etc) and they all trump the small amount of wattage your room's light use. So, your lights will keep surging. Super annoying, I know.
