Hey to all fans who read " Stuck in a Dog's World " I'm just curious about something, I'd like to get some feedback and opinions on what you think of Jacob as a Character? what you see of him as the story progresses, how do you think he is written so far?

@The-Mind-District spoke a bit much there, but i mainly view Jacob as a character in a journey of soul searching and how he will grow up as a better person for himself with the help of ( an i hope i get this part right sometime soon ) his new dog family

@The-Mind-District Imo Jacob is a character who's activelly developing along the series, he is just like a child honestly, trying to find himself where he fits. i see Jacob comming to terms with his current reality and confronting the demons in his past ( cough cough mainly his parents ) along with learning how a healthy family works and how he can count with the Heelers to have his back just as much as they learn how to deal with a basically alien-like third child. i do find the fact that he is emotionally broken very fleshing for his character, this ( to me ) is a part of him who will become his major enemy along the story ( unless those dogs who got his camara turn out to be against him, then his inner problems will be just be the 2nd biggest challenge for him )

@The-Mind-District Well I really like the entirety of the ‘Meeting more Heelers’ chapter! I like how the Trixie and Stripe don’t overreact when they see Jacob but instead they accept him in their own way. I especially enjoyed the moment where Jacob is playing with the kids while the adults watch and laugh cause it’s like they are all just having fun like one big family! And every moment where Jacob gets to talk with the Heelers and gets to know more about them are very true to the show and nicely realistic!

@The-Mind-District Hey, I just wanted to let you know that I genuinely appreciate this series! It has such a nice creative aspect to it that really differentiates it from all the other bluey fanfics. Idk how but you somehow manage to capture the magical and calming part of the real show while still keeping it interestingly realistic. I know that this series won’t go on forever but I do know that if you like to write, then I think you have a really good future doing so. I don’t have feedback but again just wanted to say it’s a fantastic series and waiting for each episode is worth it when I get to read a new chapter! Keep up the great work, don’t stress, and God bless! :)

Hey everyone, I want to say I am working on the next chapter of Stuck in a Dog's world, but it won't be done by the time the weekend is over, but as a bit of fun, I felt like posting some random fun facts about my Bluey fic, so here's 7 facts about " Stuck in a Dog's World " that you may or may not have noticed in the story.
7- This story is set after Season 1 and before season 2 has started
6- As of Chapter 18 Jacob has been stuck in the Dog world for about 2 weeks.
5- Jacob is from Ontario Canada, specifically the city of Toronto.
4- Jacob's was Born in 2003
3- This story takes place in 2019
2- Due to the difference between Human and Dogfolk sizes, with Dogfolk being bigger in width, things like furniture, ( beds, seats ) cars, clothes ect are much bigger then what Jacob is used too.
1- The term Dogfolk is what I refer to the Bluey characters as a species, even though I never recalled it being said in the actual show, either way the term stuck with me and that's what I refer to the Dogs in the Bluey world in my story.
And there you have it, random fun facts!, what other things have you noticed about the story so far ?

@Augusto2006sr Ah ha! yeah, the story is set in 2019 just because in season 2 their is a reference to the year 2020 like it hasn't happened yet, ( indicating it is set around 2019 ) and my story is set before season 2 so far... but yeah that means Jacob was Born in 2003 given his age ( 16 ) And thanks for the Comment!

@The-Mind-District dang man, i didn't know Jacob was this ... this OLD. i tought he would be like, 16 or smt NOW, not in 2019 ! this man would be 23 today ! i do hope we get some time skips along your book's run so we can see Jacob growing up, it would be a dream seeing Jacob as an adult with the heelers in some time skip later on in the series love ur work man <3

Today marks the 1 year Anniversary sense I first stared my Bluey Fanfic "Stuck in a Dog's world" time sure flies doesn't it? This story has been my most popular and to think there is still a lot to come with this story.
So, with that wanted to do something special for this day and give a big thank you to all those who have been supporting this story and and giving feed back, so here is a little bit of back ground on "Stuck in a Dog's World"
Like many, when I discovered Bluey ( sometime Back in 2023 ) I realized it was quite a special show, I enjoyed it a lot, finding it's simple slice of life style very charming yet making each ep feel grand, the characters really stuck out to me a lot, I enjoyed the show a lot that I began reading fanfics about it, being a writer myself I began to think to myself if I should ever try my hand at writing a Bluey fic, so I let that Idea stir in me for a bit.
Now one Idea for stories I always enjoyed was, Humans being sent into other worlds or having interactions with none humans species, it always made for captivating storytelling to me. and you can say it's sort of a theme of my writings in a lot of areas.
Well, that led to me to become curious about the idea of Humans and the Bluey universe interacting, so I began to look into the concept to see what was out there already, and there was really only a handful of those type of stories to read at that time, so I really wanted to go forth and create my own take on the genre to maybe expand the options a bit as well.
So I created the Character Jacob, a teenage human boy who'd be that person to be sent into the Blueyverse and be found by the Heelers in their own backyard and thus the story transpired from there.
So with that I again I want to give a big thank you to all who been supporting this tale, I write for fun and enjoy making tales for others to enjoy, so hey if you want, go ahead and suggest it too others you think might enjoy it as well.
