Hello, did you write a book called “i’m a Cyborg’s Pet”? I stopped using Wattpad about 8 months ago and recently downloaded back and hoping to continue reading it, but I don’t see it. That book was great and funny!

          I’ve noticed some troubling developments recently, and I wanted to reach out to you directly. It seems that some of our books have been removed or flagged, and it has me wondering if Wattpad is using AI to identify and remove content that it deems explicit. While I understand the importance of keeping the platform safe and appropriate for everyone, there’s a major concern here: if AI is being used to make these decisions, it’s not always perfect and may misunderstand the context or content of a story.
          
          If this is the case, Wattpad should be contacting authors before banning or removing their books. We pour our hearts into these stories, and a sudden removal without explanation or the opportunity to clarify or contest the decision is disheartening and unfair. Authors should have the chance to address any issues directly, ensuring that no book is wrongfully taken down due to a mistake made by an algorithm.
          
          Communication is key, and I hope that Wattpad will consider implementing a more transparent process. We’re all here to create and share stories that resonate with readers, and it’s crucial that this process remains fair and open.

I really hope they re-post “I’m a cyborgs pet” for you! It’s a Wattpad book I have recommended countless times and re-read more than 5 times by now! If they don’t, will you be reposting it here? Maybe fully publishing it? I’d love a hardcover (or 2, if it’s too long for one book!) of it! 

It has been 4 days now and still no response from @wattpad on why they deleted I’m a Cyborg’s Pet.

For Reb and myself, our heads were firmly in our hands when we discovered that somehow, “I’m a Cyborg’s Pet” has been deleted! We don’t know how this happened, and it is not our doing. We are checking with Wattpad to see if they can restore it (we will keep you updated).
          
          We could naturally re-upload it, but it would lose the massive number of comments it gained over the years. These comments were some of the funniest and, in other places, the most touching elements of the book. Some people had read “Cyborg’s Pet” many times over the years and came back again and again.
          
          We are truly devastated and very upset to see all the comments now lost to unforgiving entropy.
