Jeez, I can't believe I'm back here lol... hi, everyone! Been a while. Evidently, I kinda put a pause on all stories, but I'll get straight to the point.
First and foremost, the chances of me continuing my existing stories is extremely slim. I'll try getting back into writing them, but I can't make any promises.
That said, I do have some ideas I wanted to get y'all's opinions on. I honestly really miss writing for an audience and want to get back into it. So, here's the options/plans.
- Overhaul my old stories: Write, rewrite, edit, and try to make them better than before. The vast majority of these things, I wrote when I was a kid, and I feel like I can redo them a lot better now. I'd keep the old stories up until I've finished the "remodel", but I'll take them down after.
- Writing new stories: Might be a terrible idea, but I have a lot of them lol. Note that these most likely won't be fanfiction as the rest of my stories are. They'll be original concepts, and I'll actually make sure to have a full publish schedule and write many chapters ahead before I even consider putting them up. This way, I can avoid falling out like I have in the past.
- Write new fanfiction: Again, unlikely, but who knows.
I just wanted to try getting back on Wattpad, and I wanted to know what y'all wanna see. I'll likely be doing a bit of everything, but I'm trying to figure out where to focus my energy.
I know everything in this announcement is a bit conflicting, but I'm just trying to get all my thoughts down. I miss writing, I want to write again, I'll try to be more mindful of my own limits and time management in the future so I can actually maintain some semblance of consistency.
