I see the award has been on hold for a while now and I'm wondering if it's going to be opened again. Cause I'm in my senior year and I'm not sure if I'm going to meet up with the whole judging stuff Write back?

The submission ends when all the genres are full, and when the awards open again there will be a chapter explaining all the things you need to know about judging, and what judge is judging each submission.
