Hey alex, I'm not sure if you discontinued your villain deku apotheosis book, but I had an idea for how that vision could happen, Star and Stripes' quirk is she can create a universal rule on anyone she touches and knows the real name of. What if she used her quirk to make a rule like- 'If Izuku uses his power it will destroy him or his gauntlet' then Eri is forced (either by losing control or by a villain) to use her quirk to rewind Izuku before that rule was placed on him, and he snaps at the last second to stop stars and stripes from activating her quirk again?
