Yep I noticed different things. Never in my life did I ever read a story about muzan being afraid of Zenitsu.

@HorrorSans55 Well Ubuyashiki does have the ability of foresight and predict certain events but I don't think he will be able to remember Zenitsu at all since the only reason Muzan is able to partially recognize Zenitsu is because of his special demon physiology. In the manga, Kagaya only predicted outcomes and events (Daki & Gyutaro's death and the final battle against Muzan). This is essentially an alternate timeline rather than jumping back to the past, this is why you will notice that certain things are different in the past.
