And that concludes the 1st edition of The Atlas Awards!
I want to thank every single person who participated in these awards. To the judges, who dedicated their time to read through each novel, I thank you.
I've personally learned a lot from these awards. But if I'm being honest, I'm not sure whether if I will be continuing. I know I emphasized that there would be a second edition but I've been recently having second thoughts. Running awards is so much more difficult than I anticipated.
Nevertheless, I did have a lot of fun and I hope everyone leaves here with a little bit of motivation to keep writing. Nothing should ever deter you from doing what you love.
I finally want to give a big big thank you to my co-host and best friend, @TheElusiveChanty. She was my ROCK during this time. Couldn't have gotten through it without you.
Once again, thank you all! We hope you all take care of yourselves! Time to take a vacation on an isolated island called: my bed.
Stay safe! x

Hey guys, @ElusiveChanty here, I just wanted to say a few words. First and foremost, I wanted to congratulate my dear friend @writingjuniper for hosting her first awards! She is so dedicated at what she does and It takes a lot of work to manage a project like this, so kudos to her for her passion and work ethic!
I also wanted to congratulate everyone who decided to participate in this event. Even if you didn't get the result you wanted, you made the first step in putting yourself out there. We all gotta start from somewhere, and don't ever let anyone discourage you from writing. It was a pleasure reading your stories! Have a good one.
