And that concludes the 1st edition of The Atlas Awards!

I want to thank every single person who participated in these awards. To the judges, who dedicated their time to read through each novel, I thank you.

I've personally learned a lot from these awards. But if I'm being honest, I'm not sure whether if I will be continuing. I know I emphasized that there would be a second edition but I've been recently having second thoughts. Running awards is so much more difficult than I anticipated.

Nevertheless, I did have a lot of fun and I hope everyone leaves here with a little bit of motivation to keep writing. Nothing should ever deter you from doing what you love.

I finally want to give a big big thank you to my co-host and best friend, @TheElusiveChanty. She was my ROCK during this time. Couldn't have gotten through it without you.

Once again, thank you all! We hope you all take care of yourselves! Time to take a vacation on an isolated island called: my bed.

          Stay safe! x

          -Juniper

Hey guys, @ElusiveChanty here, I just wanted to say a few words. First and foremost, I wanted to congratulate my dear friend @writingjuniper for hosting her first awards! She is so dedicated at what she does and It takes a lot of work to manage a project like this, so kudos to her for her passion and work ethic!

I also wanted to congratulate everyone who decided to participate in this event. Even if you didn't get the result you wanted, you made the first step in putting yourself out there. We all gotta start from somewhere, and don't ever let anyone discourage you from writing. It was a pleasure reading your stories! Have a good one.

          -Ximena

For judges:

In case anyone is confused, I have been taking the average scores between the judge's scores and the scores of myself, the host, in order to ensure the best results possible. That is why the final score shown might not be the exact score you gave the novel.

This was a very last minute descision that was added into the list of rules due to something that had been brought to my attention towards the beginning of the awards. It was my fault for not bringing this up earlier. I apologize. Most of the reviews are the judge's reviews because I simply do not have time to write a review for every single book.

Hopefully this clears up any confusion.

Hello everyone!

LGBTQ+ results will be out shortly! I just wanted to hop on here to say that we are almost coming to the end of the awards, yay!! ✨ We will post the final results on Friday.

Now this might be too late mention but we wanted to emphasize that those who unfollow us before the end of the awards will not have their results posted. It was clearly stated in the rules that you had to follow this account and your judge.

We all put a lot of time and effort so it would be greatly appreciated if you could at least do that. It’s completely fine to unfollow us *after* the awards end.

With that being said, thank you to all of those who have stuck around! You are very much appreciated and I hope to see you all back here soon! ❤️
