You know this just occurred to me but when they try to put Harry on trial for using magic in front of a muggle there are whole case could have been thrown after the fact that Harry's Aunt, Uncle and cousin all know about magic So by him defending himself he wasn't breaking the Statue of secrecy

The aunt yeah but that case was thrown away basically I think.  And the next time he it was the dementor and the only person there was dugly or whatever his name is and that’s his cousin who knows. It was bc of umbridge
