Well, its someone who is half dragon half human, they can turn into a full dragon of human, or they could have certain dragon parts show on their human side (wings, scales, claws, teeth, etc) their dragon side depends on their personality, they can turn others into dracopeople by scraping them with a dragon part while in human form (like biting someone with dragon teeth) and when turned, their human side's hair will match the colors of the dragon. There are some other things, but I don't want to mention them unless you decide to use this idea. If you do decide to use this idea, feel free to change anything if needed.
