Hey readers and writers! Sorry my updates have been few and far between. My first semester of college has been absolutely insane. On top of that my anxiety has resurface along with some heart problems, and I recently injured my hand, which makes it hard to write. I will try to update again soon!

Is the heart on your wrist the official thing for suicide prevention day?
I believe so. I saw a post on Instagram yesterday about different colors representing different things, but overall in general the heart is the symbol.
