@Dorlanis Hi. Don't worry, just do some breathing exercises, lie down , rest ure hands on ure tum , and take a deep breath in , hold and then slowly breath out . Do that until you feel better , and think of nothing other than ure breathing, it wrk s , that is what my physo told me . U will be fine.
