Guys, I really hate the name I put for the enemy clan in Stories From the Sky (Pictorans). Sounds like it came off a really bad Star Trek episode. Anyone have any ideas on what I could rename them?

As you all don't know, I had one book that I started back when I was in high school in 2016. I abandoned it after twenty chapters because the plot was advancing too slowly (each chapter was short, hence the twenty chapters), and of course, the dialog was kind of off.
It's called "Stories From The Sky", and is a fantasy story about a high school girl who discovers that she's one of the last living descendants of a long since wiped out civilization. Descendants of the original civilation that wiped hers out almost a millenia ago are bent on finishing the job of their ancestors, so the girl and her family have to go on the run. Things happen along the way.
I'll alternate between rewriting my original draft of "Stories From The Sky" and advancing "Some Kind of Connection", so I might delay in releasing updates on the latter. I hope you'll all be interested!

I just wanted to let you all know that I updated Chapter 2. I was skimming through Part 1 and noticed that a huge chunk of Chapter 2 had inexplicable vanished from the page. I rewrote the missing portion because it provides necessary context for the events of Chapter 3.

Hi everyone! Chapter 6 is finally out!
I also went back to some earlier chapters and put the English translation for some of the larger text blurbs that were originally written in Spanish so as to make it easier for all readers to understand what is going in that scene. It would mean a lot to me if you could go back and re-read those chapters.
I will continue to use Spanish in most chapters (considering the content), but I will refrain from writing entire paragraphs of Spanish text unless absolutely necessary, and even then I will write out the English version next to it.
