【 Just a 110 pound kid that is fiery spirited.  Doesn't want to ever give into a bully or oppressor, always insists on standing up. Normally has to get his bud "Bucky" to pull him outta these situations. Quite frequently he insists he can handle them on his own. Usually ends up in a sticky situation. Geez, the kid can't ever keep his mouth shut. Doesn't exactly believe in saying 'no' to bullies. Has a hard time learning any lessons from previous experiences. 】

【 Has several bad health conditions (asthma, etc). Tries to look past them. Sometimes conveniently forgets that any of these exist. Steve enjoys doing things that go against the fact that he's basically crippled in physical health and enjoys putting himself at death's door every opportunity he can. Seriously, this kid can't get a hint.】
