Hope everyone is okay and safe during all of this. I’ve been out protesting in Brooklyn and Manhattan, narrowly avoided getting arrested last night, and doing everything I can to speak up about the BLM movement. 
          
          Even if you’re uncomfortable going out to actively protest, please consider donating to bail out funds or other charities supporting the movement in order to do your part.

          I want to let you know that if anyone needs to talk, I’m here. This is so scary and so bizarre. For those who struggle with mental illness, I get it. I get that being on lockdown forces you to live in your head more than you’d like. I get that it’s hard to not spiral. I’m struggling with it too. 
          
          I’ve been turning to some really unhealthy coping mechanisms and I know that if I let myself spiral down completely, I won’t be able to get out of it on my own. I know. I get it. I’m with you. I feel you.

Hey guys! So I decided to post the rewrite of When the Night Turns!! If you’ve been waiting for an update to the story I’m sooo sorry. I just started to hate the direction it was going in and wanted to tweak it a little. 
          
          Okay, a lot.

So I haven’t written anything in like 2 months. Literally nothing. I haven’t even taken the time to like enjoy the fact that I’m in fucking Brooklyn now or tried to explore. 
          
          My mental health has been absolute trash. I feel myself dissociating hardcore, my motivation is almost nonexistent, and I’m completely alone. I knew moving without knowing anyone was going to be difficult. I knew it would be lonely. I guess I didn’t realize just how lonely I would really feel. 
          
          I’m having a really, really rough time. I’m trying so hard to channel everything into writing, but every time I open my laptop I legit just break down. 
          
          If any of you guys have any tips, advice, even some words of encouragement, it would really help and I would be super appreciative.
