Based on that, you could write an Adrienette story where Adrien is the hitman who has been struggling with the loss of his parents. He was raised by the Italian mafia, and during this time, he meets a beautiful young woman with blue hair who remains optimistic despite her illness. She has a bucket list and writes her wishes in a diary. Whenever one of her wishes is fulfilled, she pastes a photo in her diary to indicate that it has come true.
Adrien falls for her and decides to help her fulfill her wishes. Eventually, Marinette and Adrien get married, and Adrien resolves to quit his life as a hitman to pursue a normal life, as he has finally found a home with her.
