Thoughts on how you guys can cope with this as an audience? I've been working on a pretty massive revision of Boys Will Be Boys (revision will be updated all at once when entirely complete) and I've needed to finally bite the bullet and rename the character "Ross", to "Isaac" ! This just seems reasonable to me, because of the religious association with the "Isaac" name, and to avoid the reader being distracted by how comical it is that the two siblings are named "Ross" & "Phoebe". Anyway, let me know if this seems too huge a change for comfort. Always open to other suggestions too, if anyone feels they have other fun options!
