Hey Everyone!

My name's Emma and here's some things we might have in common...

- I am currently pursuing a degree in English with a minor in Psychology at a fantastic University in the Ontario area. 

- My favourite food is tacos (seriously - If I could, I would only eat them for the rest of my life) because I'm a sucker for spicy food. 

- Horror is my ABSOLUTE favourite genre. This isn't implying that my writing portfolio on here will only consist of this genre, but it is one that I enjoy writing and more commonly write. I've also been debating about whether or not to start writing horror scripts, so maybe that will be an upcoming project on my profile. 

- I listen to pretty much anything, but my favourite genres of music are punk, metal, and rock. Some bands I like are Wolf Alice, Nirvana, Nine Inch Nails, and Bring Me The Horizon. Plus, I'm a concert freak 🤟🏻

Favourite book series: The Golden Compass, The Dark Tower, The Witchlands Series, The Vampire Chronicles

Favourite writers: Scott Westerfield, Amy Lukavic, Susan Dennard, Stephen King, H.P Lovecraft, Anne Rice

Favourite standalone books: The Outsiders, Blood and Chocolate, We Need to Talk About Kevin, Fight Club, and Wintergirls 

I'm hoping that I can write entertaining stories that can captivate readers as well as impact them in some way. Also, I want to put out stories into the world that I think are unique and enjoyable for others.
