Can we just take a sec to talk about how freaking good Studio Ghibli are? Like... So good. My childhood is Spirited Away and Ponyo in repeat a disturbing amount of times + The cat returns is like the best anime fever dream I ever had. It wasn't until last year I went crazy when E4 did a Ghibli month and I made it my bloody mission to watch ALL of them. This is why I get so happy this time of year. E4 shows every Ghibli film under the rising sun. I get to be all goopy and nostalgic. I hear 'One Summer's Day' and from the first few seconds I'm crying. It's Iconic and beautiful and Im crying and why am I crying?

But then you get poop like that one raccoon one. It looks so magical and mysterious in the first few mins but then suddenly doodle penises on a big mistake bear. Whyyyy????? I never finished the film. It got too weird. TOO WEIRD FOR A GHIBLI FILM. Idek how you do that.
And also the one where there's the flirting with the ghost of my grandma as a child. It was good until I watched it for a second time and then the plot went to sugarcane.

Hey guys! I know it's been a while but I'm back... and with a vengeance!
I've got FIVE new books coming out that I'm super excited to write and I plan to keep writing my poetry in 'Anywhere' as it seems to be doing pretty well.

A brief description of my current mood.
Five minute ramen dribbles down my chin onto a shirt that is older than I am. Six glasses of half-drunk water fester on the table next to me. The tik-tok compilation videos I have been watching on YouTube for the last five hours have begun to repeat themselves. I wonder if its ok to have a third packet of crisps as I scramble for my phone charger in the dark. I conclude that it is ,in fact, not ok. I eat them anyway.
