I'm crying rn. We have a school pride day tomorrow and my grandma made me a skirt. It took a lot of time and money. I asked my mom to cut it since she has fixed my clothes before. She calls me back out to show me she took the skirt that went down to my knees and made it a mini skirt. It was a huge skirt and it was obvious she wanted to do it quickly. I love my mom. I know I should’ve been grateful she even tried. But I’m just so upset that took a lot of time, money, and frustration and ruined it. Ik I probably just sound like a spoiled brat, but I felt bad about asking for that skirt in the first place. My grandma bought several yards of fabric from Hobby Lobby. Expensive stuff too. And then my mom left it in tattered pieces.
