Why do you plague me so, as if you are a deadly disease? Like a parasite worming its way into my brain, eating away every bit, leaving you the only thing in my head. I take the medicine, I spend my time slowly growing stronger, but it’s futile. You always worm your way back in, wreaking your havoc on my body, bile spewing from my mouth, my hands shaking violently. I can't imagine what would happen if I decided to let you in next time, will you consume me all, or just my mind? Will you take my heart again? I hope not, I hope I can keep my distance and heal once again, just so I can do it again because I still love you, my parasite, and my deepest love.
