@TheFakeHunter Well I think it may be because Wattpad really has no way of verifying whether or not these accounts are genuine or not. But for wattpad to actually do something about it, they need sufficient proof. It sucks, but that's how things work. It's that whole "beyond a reasonable doubt" thing being applied on a smaller scale. That's my theory anyways.
