the tendency to seek distraction and relief from unpleasant realities, especially by seeking entertainment or engaging in fantasy.

Two authors ( M.K. & C.S ) that have been both diagnosed with a chronic case of escapism whether it be in writing or reading some one else's collective works or tumbling into the world of video games and anime. 

We take inspiration from many aspects of life and other things that we have read or played ( being avid gamers, not particularly good ones ). 

We're currently high school students and we do not pretend to know that we know about anything. Happy reading.
