Chan is for girls, especially when the opponent speaking is fond of her, and think of her “cute”. Like you won’t call a “bully” kind of girl “chan”
Kun has no gender, but they are usually used on boys, or if the girl wants to be called kun, they can be called kun, but for girls like that it’s usually san. Kun is more into boys.
San has no gender, like kun, but is more into girls.
Sama is the highest rank, like Mr, but more of “Master”
Senpai is used for… yea big crushes and sort of that
