About to drop the first 3 character sketches for Obsidian Hourglass tomorrow.  Pretty excited!

Happy New Years Eve!
          I have unpublished a few works, just until I have the focus to continue them. 
          I have a brilliant novel idea- doing research the past few days. I hope to drop it in the new year. 
          A new chapter has been published for "The Art of..." and also my poetry book.

I woke up this morning with a song on my heart I haven't heard since I was a little girl. It's weighing heavily on my spirit, though I'm not sure why. I hear my dad singing it. 
          
          
          1. I walked one day along a country road,
          And there a stranger journeyed, too,
          Bent low beneath the burden of His load:
          It was a cross, a cross I knew.
          
          Refrain:
          “Take up thy cross and follow Me,”
          I hear the blessed Savior call;
          How can I make a lesser sacrifice,
          When Jesus gave His all?
          
          2. I cried, “Lord Jesus,” and He spoke my name;
          I saw His hands all bruised and torn;
          I stooped to kiss away the marks of shame,
          The shame for me that He had borne.
          
          3. “Oh, let me bear Thy cross, dear Lord,” I cried,
          And, lo, a cross for me appeared,
          The one, forgotten, I had cast aside,
          The one, so long, that I had feared.
          
          4. My cross I’ll carry till the crown appears—
          The way I journey soon will end—
          Where God Himself shall wipe away all tears,
          And friend hold fellowship with friend.

Three chapters are up for "The Art of...", I already love this book!
          I have also began a book of poetry, and will offer a cheesy chicklit novel soon. 
          I have written the first chapter of Creed, though I'm not sure if I want it for Creed or for Pastoral Mode. (They're all a work in progress!)
