With New Year’s nearly upon us, I just realized I never asked any of y’all if you enjoyed Christmas (or whatever holiday you may celebrate)!
          
          Spend time with family/friends?
          
          Get any good presents?  I got a couple new Sims 4 expansion packs, two new books, four new charms for my James Avery bracelet, and a GORGEOUS Michael Kors trench coat! ❤️❤️❤️

Okay, it’s currently just after midnight where I live.  I reside in a fairly typical-ish suburbia-type neighborhood, pretty much smack dab in the middle of it — away from the main roads of town.  And I swear I hear cars fkn drag racing off in the distance!
          
          This isn’t the first time either.
          I kinda think that my town has a secret Fast and Furious type thing going on during the nights (mostly on weekends).

Two of my younger cousins were over at my house last weekend and one of them picked the 2015 movie "Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip" to watch on Netflix.  And all this week I’ve had the songs stuck in my head. . .

          It was 10 years ago today (December 15th) that I published the "The Eleventh Hour" on fanfiction.net and introduced the interwebs to my beloved Lexi Pond — and begun her and the Doctor's love story.
          
          While I do feel guilty for not having an update ready for Lexi 2.0 and 12, I still feel like I needed to at the very least acknowledge this milestone.  (Don’t worry, though. I do plan on updating Book 3 "The Stars of Time" sometime in the first half of 2025.)
          
          I just have a lot of other stories that I feel more motivated to work on right now.  I will not, however, abandon The Glorious Series.  It was my first fanfic love, and it will always be my first fanfic love.  I want and do plan to continue it — I really, really do.
          
          But yeah.  Happy 10th Anniversary, my dear Lex!  You will always hold a special place in my heart and I will love you forever.  ❤️❤️
