Hey guys! I just wanted to announce that (1: I am not dead, and (2: I'm finally working on a new book! It'll probably be a few days before I actually publish the first chapter, but I'm finally working on the only thing I have worked on for the last six months! It feels good to be back in the author's seat!

Hey uh, I'm really sorry for not writing, well... anything over the last while. I just don't find making a book as fun as it used to be.
I'm sure I'll write something soon, but I don't feel like writing "real" stories anymore. Or maybe I will.

I should also mention that this book will go over some mature and disturbing themes during its run, so you may not want to read some of the chapters in the future if that upsets you.

I don't know how setting coins on a story works yet, but if I am able to directly influence it, I will NEVER EVER make you use coins to read my stories. But I don't know if I have any control over it or not.
I also think that the "pay to read" thing is kinda dumb.

@TheGamingDog04 XD its alright, I read fast. And, if that is the case, I won't turn it on if I can. I do this for fun, not gain(tho that could be a nice bonus)

It's a little confusing, but if you go on the front page and go to the "supported stories," the first few chapters are free, but you have to use coins (which cost real cash) to read the rest of the book, or pay a few to read a single chapter.
I'm also pretty sure that this was kind of exclusive, as I think that only a certain amount of writers got this. It's still in beta, so that's probably why only a select group of writers were given the beta.
And about your question: I believe that paying for the stories is how you support other authors. I might be wrong, though, so you might want to ask around a little more if you want a more verified opinion.

Uh... so... sorry for not having a book as I promised...
It turns out that the title I had was already taken by another person, so I'm really glad I noticed that before I published it.
I might be able to just find another title for it, but for now it's gonna have to wait. Sorry!
