          	It's a petition for an innocent man on death row that was convicted because they needed to put the blame on someone.  He's a black man who had his flaws but was an overall good person with a family.  A person who testified against Rocky said that a detective told him to do so in exchange for him dropping charges he had against him.  In his trial, 11 of the 12 jurors were white.  One of them even referred to Rocky with a racial slur.  You might have already known about this, but I just learned about it today.  God bless!!
