The Iconic Bond

NAME CHANGE!! As of February 2022, my alias will change from SilverConstellation to The Iconic Bond.

Welcome to my fantasyland! Before I begin, I would like to thank you for being one of my readers. Most of my stories are old; I started writing them when I was 14 years old. But when I see how invested my audience is, I feel encouraged and continue to write them.

My name is Mackey. I am graduating in the class of 2022 and hope to get a book accepted by a publishing house someday. Obviously, I like reading and writing. I would like to have a hand at voice-acting and attempt to cosplay sometimes.

I have received accolades and medals in public speaking, and scholarships in mathematics. I am a first-generation scholar and a sterling scholar for social studies.

Although I am not where I want to be right now, I trust that life has something better in store for me. I failed my interview with Harvard and lost scholarships due to indirect effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. The memory is certainly is bitter, but I cannot change the past. I have faith that life will work things out and help me find I what I need, not what I want. All I can do now is prepare for my future and set it up for success. Rejection only reinforces my willpower and helps me look for another route.

Much of life is built upon helping people. I am still finding a balance between my health and others. Perhaps, it is a lifelong journey. Although there is no perfect balance in many circumstances, doing the best I can is satiating.
