@TheLastOneWasTaken ofc! I felt the same way about my habits. You always have to remember that everyone is different, somethings may not be harmful to others, but that doesn’t mean that they can’t be to you. If you ever have even the slightest inkling smth isn’t good for you... it probably isn’t, no matter how much you want to deny it, bc it’s either too much work to deal with, or you’re worried about it.. you gotta handle it. Everyone does/handles things at their own pace, so take your time with telling your therapist.. but don’t keep doing it if it’s hurting you. Biggest thing is, you’re not crazy for being worried/concerned, no matter how much you want to think otherwise.
