I regret to inform those that follow my updates that I will likely never return to Wattpad - to write, at least - because I have set my horizons beyond the online world. I want very little from life, but there is nothing I have ever wanted more than to publish my own book, whether I become a professional author or not.
I recognize now that Wattpad is something I have to move away from, for a few reasons that I'm far too tired to write presently, but it has been both an experience I will not forget and an experience that has benefited me in both academic and personal life.
          	Farewell,
          	~Taylor.

I'm overwhelmed by how much effort and time you have put into writing your incredible stories! Congratulating you in entering Wolf Intertwined in the Watty's! I'm so happy for you and can't wait for the new chapters! Your writing is phenomenal and is a gift itself. The new covers are very professional and so is the dedication you show to your writing. Learning new words with every sentence, Taylor your vocabulary excels past our imaginations.

Once more I congratulate your successes now and the ones to come.

@theunfollowed You flatter me, Laila! I love writing, and there is no other secret than trying again and again, like any other passion. I'm sure many do much better than I do, but it is true, I use alot of strange words... Still, I thank you for your compliments. I appreciate them greatly, and to see you, and others, enjoying my writing is quite magical. Thanks again. <3 Your kindness knows no bounds.

Here...thought you might like to read some medieval insults that another reader and I were swapping a few months ago. Might give you ideas and inspire your shakespearean tongue!

@TheDarkestShades totally understand! ;)

And if you want to join our 'classic' book reading club, you are welcome to. We are only at chapter two of Vanity Fair and it's a free download on iBooks. Never too early to begin learning to 'talk the talk' ;)

As to your question of earlier. I would suggest doing some research on the era you decide to base your novel on. For example, I have a story called WINTERLY. It is set in Regency England and I want the mood to be something like Jane Austen meets Jane Eyre ;) sort of Gothic and yet still humorous and authentic. So what did I do? I read and immersed myself in Charlotte Bronte's and Jane Austen's books, bought a couple of books about the nineteenth century and started watching PBS Masterpiece theatre and BBC adaptations of all my favorite classics :) That's called immersion, I guess.

This is how I do my 'homework' :) So, when you decide which era you want to set your story, do some hunting around for a book to use as a guide. I bought three books to help me write LoB:

          Life in a Medieval Village
The Time Travelers Guide to Medieval England
Life in a Medieval Castle (which, incidentally, George RR Martin used as a reference to write Game Of Thrones).

          Does this help?

Woah! You're 14?! Dang! Promise me something!! Please never stop writing! I loved writing when I was your age, but life, stupid boys and a social life got in the way... I wish I had never stopped! But I'm making up for it now.

TheLighterSideOfLife

@Aviatrix427 I shall /always/ have time for writing, no matter if I am grey and frail, or depressed and in the worst possible situation. I hope to become as good a writer as you someday!

@TheDarkestShades Yes, but you're only 14....that WILL change, I promise ;) I was a chubby kid with acne all the way through high school...then suddenly the baby fat fell away and my skin became pretty. I can promise you that high school doesn't count for squat! But I just hope that when you do suddenly wake up to find that your social life is blossoming and the boys (or girls...whatever your preference) falling over themselves to attract your notice, that you'll still make time to hone your skills and nourish your brain.

@Aviatrix427 Of course! I promise! And yes, I think sometimes my writing gives me away as much older. >.< I wouldn't know, but I shall promise you to never stop writing. Boys are no issue, aha, for dating is not something I have enjoyed, and I have no social life, so no problem there! ;)
