After Series by Anna Todd review:
I will give it a 2 out of 5 only because I am a sucker for a happy ending. I still wouldn't recommend the book to my peers, because it does demonstrate some kind of emotional abuse and the couples have a weak relationship that I don't know how it survived in the end. However, I do love how Hardin character from a partying, womanizing, alcoholic boy troubled by his terrible childhood into a man. I loved how Tessa was able to stick by him, holding his hand, even by distance through it. I don't know how realistic some the things that happened to them is, but I do know this type of thing happens in real life, so it's a one for that. If you're looking how to deal with abuse or hate books that glamorizes abuse, don't read it. I only read it for the smut, otherwise, I would've dropped it a long time ago.
