Hey :) just a small suggestion but maybe it would just be best to get new judges for the awards. I'm know it's very hard to find new judges and more work, but there is a big chance that the judges you're waiting on might never send the results in whatever their case might be since results were supposed to be posted on December 1st and it's already February.
