I once saw a commercial about how we take stuff for our hearts, joints and brains. But that's the physical standard. What about the mental standard? Our soul? I recently thought about this. There is no correct answer to this. We can only believe in luck. If you think about it. There is always someone who has a horrible life but happy. And there is a person who has everything yet unhappy. You can be grateful, you can be happy. Or the opposite. But we can only hope that we picked the right straw in life. For you have two choices when presented to the world. To be born with gratefulness or to be born with the intent that you'll always be unhappy no matter what. It's our choice. So if you're in a horrible situation, you can either think on the brighter side or take it out on someone else. If you choose the latter, js remember that you're starting a chain where they have to make the same decision. One good action leads to another, one bad can go either way depending on the luck I was mentioning.
My point is: It's your choice to be grateful to this world and life gets better, or to be someone who chooses to be unhappy and will end up sad.
If you're someone who's convinced that everything is crappy and js hates life but never says it. Than you're someone who deserves happiness and whatever god or atheist belief you have. They will come through, whether in this Dunya (earth) or heaven. Your efforts don't go unseen! They simply go up to be complimented by those watching you above. You're never alone, someone always appreciate you. If not in this life, then a great amount afterwards. Js remember to do a few things. Unless in certain circumstances, love your parents. You never know what or when it happens. Smile if you can. I'm sure it's beautiful. Laugh whenever. Its melodious. Don't cut, you don't deserve the pain afterwards. Your body is precious no matter what. Don't kys, someone cares about you more than you think. So please be happy, be grateful.
