I once saw a commercial about how we take stuff for our hearts, joints and brains. But that's the physical standard. What about the mental standard? Our soul? I recently thought about this. There is no correct answer to this. We can only believe in luck. If you think about it. There is always someone who has a horrible life but happy. And there is a person who has everything yet unhappy. You can be grateful, you can be happy. Or the opposite. But we can only hope that we picked the right straw in life. For you have two choices when presented to the world. To be born with gratefulness or to be born with the intent that you'll always be unhappy no matter what. It's our choice. So if you're in a horrible situation, you can either think on the brighter side or take it out on someone else. If you choose the latter, js remember that you're starting a chain where they have to make the same decision. One good action leads to another, one bad can go either way depending on the luck I was mentioning.

My point is: It's your choice to be grateful to this world and life gets better, or to be someone who chooses to be unhappy and will end up sad.

If you're someone who's convinced that everything is crappy and js hates life but never says it. Than you're someone who deserves happiness and whatever god or atheist belief you have. They will come through, whether in this Dunya (earth) or heaven. Your efforts don't go unseen! They simply go up to be complimented by those watching you above. You're never alone, someone always appreciate you. If not in this life, then a great amount afterwards. Js remember to do a few things. Unless in certain circumstances, love your parents. You never know what or when it happens. Smile if you can. I'm sure it's beautiful. Laugh whenever. Its melodious. Don't cut, you don't deserve the pain afterwards. Your body is precious no matter what. Don't kys, someone cares about you more than you think. So please be happy, be grateful.

Rant to myself: I'm depressed. When people talk about their weight to me. I feel so horrible. Either they're too skinny or too fat. That's what they say. But I can't help but feel envy. I've only ever dreamed of being skinny. It always hits me when I wear something nice and they say nothing but when my skinny older sister wears it, it's automatically a model fit. She looks like a model bc she's skinny and tall. I'm js there bc I'm fat. My cousin once joked abt how my mom never fed us bc we were all skinny at the time. But heres the thing, she turned to me and said enthusiastically, "Even you too!"...Why did she have to clarify. Why do I feel sick every single time I eat slightly more then my skinny 6yr old sister. Why was I the only one who was specified. you too. Everyone whose ever said that they're ugly always end up being so freaking pretty I want to cry. How do they have such low standards for themselves when they look amazing? Nobody can even say I'm pretty bc I have a condition where my nose is purple and I get black scabs on my face, am still recovering but to get pulled aside to ask if I'm getting bullied. If I need cps bc I'm that atrocious to look at. And NOBODY can say they understand bc in the end they're so goddam pretty and their face is either rlly clear or their acne is lit hiding in their beauty. Ugly? No you're so pretty, yet you have so many low standards. ...Why can't I be pretty like that? I've been trying to find a place to make me pretty since I was 10yrs old! So why? Why is it that I can't find a way to be pretty, or skinny or anything. You can't say that I'm not fat. Kids have asked me if I was pregnant several times. I've been called hippo, I've been called self obnoxious know it all. It hurts. This world is so kind but people have such low standards for themselves. I don't care what people say tbh. All I care abt is why is it, that the gorgeous ppl always find themselves ugly and it's a lie bc they aren't. But I think I am and it's true??
