Does anyone else get EXTREMELY sad and cry but when your messaging someone they don't notice anything is wrong so they don't ask? But you wanna talk but are scared to bring it up?

UPDATE TO THE BET COMMENT!!!! 
          the bet is done! The one we thought would have the highest BPM spike went down 5 from 98 to 93..  I was in the middle by jumping 11 from 112 to 123 BPM and the one we thought would be in the middle was the highest BPM going up by 13 from 91 to 104

I tried scaring my friend at the movie I was at and they punched my arm... People aren't usually away but my shoulders bruise SUPER easily... Like you can poke my shoulders and they bruise.... So I have a bruised shoulder now.....

 So me and two of my friends have a bet for the horror movie we're watching today... We think I'll {the youngest of us three} have the lowest heart rate spike, the oldest of us have the highest heart rate spike, and the middle of us three if us with be in the middle....
