HERE'S THE REST OF THE INFO
          She is manipulative, intelligent, hates perverts, maniacal in some cases, seemingly sweet and innocent, compassionate, and caring towards her "family ". She does not understand justice or morals, but only sees that she doesn't share the same opinion with others.
          At the age of four she was taken in by AFO by Shigaraki's request shortly after Izuku left, convinced that Shigaraki was her older brother. Commonly having nightmares resulting in the discovery of her genetic quirk and Shigaraki's developed soft spot for her, this lessened his childlike tendencies (tantrums). She believes Toga to be her older sister, to Shigaraki's displeasure. She learned how to defend herself from others and all of the body's weak points from a young age, courtesy of Toga.
          I think that if she were born with the same eye condition I have that causes my tear ducts to randomly act up, her second quirk will be much more useful.(basically I cry at random times without feeling any strong emotion, sometimes I dont even notice the tears there)
          Infiltrating UA by either passing the hero exam or getting in through the sports festival from general studies. The pastel colors of her clothing and seemingly sweet and bubbly personality will starkly contrast the reveal of her true intentions, but she may make some real friends at UA *friendship is one concept she cannot understand while she is in the villains care*. Use this last remark to your/fans' wishes.

Here's a character idea I had(I may someday actually write a story on this character though)
          Teira Tomura

          Hairstyle similar to Kyoka Jirou's but shoulder length in the front and at the neck in the back
          Grey eyes that dip slightly inwards making her seem somewhat like Toga*cough cough* she wears an oversized sweater over pastel clothing consisting of a short skirt, long socks, pink sneakers, and  a recolored sailor suit top(pink and white instead of navy blue and white)*this may or may not be Toga's old top do what u want author-san*
          She has two quirks, the first given and the second was her own that came shortly after she turned five
          1. Loophole
          User keeps mental note of a witnessed attack and can use the same attack or multiply it by the number of recorded repetitions 
          Ex. Bakugo using his small explosions to move: she can either set up one large explosion, multiple medium explosions, or the same attack the number of times used.
          2. Tear in time
          User can pause to time around her as long as one of two body fluids that exit the body (being blood or tears) is in contact with the user. Once the contact ceases time will return to normal.(this ability was discovered when she had a nightmare and was crying next to a certain someone)
