@ISlippedOnYourSmell hey so I took a read at your book but personally, you lost me on about chapter 4. I find its to cut and paste and was very generic in the way you try to describe your characters. You have a type of sponk in your writing however if you don't utilize that with a better flow and a more indirect characterization and scene development you will cut out a large portion of the readers. You will still have a certain reader base however with some changes I think it could be better, once you get more chapters in as well. I know as a reader even if they are smaller chapters seeing 20-40 chapters and a captivating story info help bring in more readers. Which book  did you find one of my other post from? I could give you some more tips based on that book.
