Completely agree with that statement—it's been one of my guilty pleasures while managing Discord communities over the years. I do appreciate a breath of fresh air when the process has been refined over the past iterations of hiring sessions. Always exciting to (train someone and see them/)someone take over the reigns

@exLyrical - aye, there's definitely a strong connection there as the team are international by their nature, but I'm not directly managing them now. It's rather nice to see someone else doing such great work with them really, always interesting to see how folks approach and evolve things.

@TheOrangutan Sir, I would like to ask about the training time. I am a student, so if I get selected as a Wattpad Ambassador, it may be difficult for me to attend the training if it is held in the morning or afternoon as i am a student . Is there any fixed time for the training? I kindly request you to please keep a suitable time so that all students can join easily. I also want to ask about the level of English needed for this program. I am an Indian student, so sometimes it becomes difficult for me to understand words or accents of people from other countries. I try my best to improve my English, but I may not understand everything clearly. If I am selected, may I use a translator sometimes to understand better? Thank you, sir, for your time .

5651 sayılı kanun uyarınca bu temsilcinin BTK'ya resmi olarak bildirilip bildirilmediğini ve öyleyse neden hala listede olmadığını açıklayabilir misiniz?

When will the Wattpad Ambassador results be announced?

@sinkps00007 - we have people joining the training from all over the world, so there are no set training times. The tasks we set are designed so that you can do them in and around your normal day. The only deadlines are at the end of set portions of the training, and those will be clearly stated so that everyone knows what is going on and when. We also understand that English is often a person's second language so if you need help in understanding something then there will be other members of the existing Ambassador team (some of whom live in the India region) there to lend a hand.

@sinkps00007 - we teach you how to use Discord which is the way the team communicate, but we also talk you through what we expect from members of the team, talk about what goes on behind the scenes, how to report issues with the platform, stories and genres, and a few other things. There's some reading, some things to watch, a few exercises and quizzes and so on. We're there to help you pass training, not to look for reasons to fail people.
