As I will not be posting any more chapters, I will send you the summary. There would be conflict coming up between Sasuke and Itachi, as Itachi starts to contact him. Not going into too much details, but Itachi left after their parents passed away, to take a demanding job for it's high pay. He did this so he was able to provide Sasuke with money, and get the kind of work contacts their parents would have had, so he could help Sasuke after Sasuke had finished his education as well. Sasuke, however, resented Itachi for leaving him, and got a job on the side as soon as he could, so he was able to get by without accepting money from his brother. When Itachi starts to contact him, there was going to be confrontations, and a lot of emotions. This would strain his relationship with Naruto, as he would start acing out, in the form of being irritated, detached/cold and generally snappy and demeaning. Naruto would also feel a bit betrayed that Sasuke had not told him he had a brother who was alive. Sasuke would find out that Itachi has a disease, which would get him retreat to himself even more, as he deals with his conflicting emotions. As Itachi falls into a coma, Sasuke feels guilt on top of everything, and reaches out to Naruto for support, and they reconnect, finding new understanding for each other and getting closer than before. I was going to have the readers vote on if Sasuke will pull the plug a year later, or not, and would tie up the loose ends depending on how the vote turned out.
