Hi! I’m not sure if your still active but I really need help! So I got my first period on December 14 and I know periods can be irregular at first but I don’t know what that means. Does it mean my next period will be on 29 of jan or just a month skipped. If my period were to come exactly the same day (14 jan) I would be on day 3. I am getting quite a bit of discharge right now and every now and then get an ache in my lower abdomen like cramps. What does this mean? Am I just skipping a period? And like I need explaining what irregular means. Thank you and stay safe :)

@XgqlaxyX What you are experiencing is completely normal. The discharge is normal and can happen when you be far from your period or near your period. Irregular means that your period won't happen at the same time every month. For example, mine happens on the 12th but irregular means that mine will not always be on or around the 12th. It'll sometimes be on 26, sometimes 8, they are random and there is no fixed date. Cramps are one of the symptoms of a period (including mood swings, back pain, etc.) But if they get too painful, I suggest that you take pain meds or go to a gynecologist. I hope this helps.

I was just wondering do all girls get cramps and do all girls have mood swings???? Because I'm confused some of my friend yell or cry and when there done they just say sorry and that there on there periods so yah I just want to know because personally I don't think I get crazy like that
