Help I just had an argument with my mother about religion and race. (Just to shed some light we're a white, Christian, Afrikaans speaking South-African family ) so ofcourse shit got kinda heated. Her trying to reason that what happened in our country's history(specifically apartheid) wasn't that bad atleast the people getting oppressed had places to stay and weren't as poor as they are now 26 years after oppression. I honestly don't agree on the subject and tried to explain to her if the people back then just handled it better and didn't make the choice to oppress the people we wouldn't be sitting in this burning shithole of a country and we'd maybe be somewhere better(as a country obvo). Somehow she swung this back to religion and me being a closeted bisexual and firm believer in all forms of equality I got kinda angry. Why does she always 
          	have to try the religion card on me when I won't give in? As a bi person I honestly get triggered whenever she mentions religion not cause I have an issue with religion but for the reason of her constantly saying I'm not a homophobe but homosexuality is a sin and they will burn in hell one day. Also the fact that she felt the need to remind me she isn't a white supremacist as it's called midway through our argument didn't really help sway me to her side.

@ThePhandomUnleashed maybe get a nose piercing like Lauren's and a small tattoo on my right wrist.  I've honestly been wanting to do it for a while now.  Now I just need mom to agree. She will agree to dyeing my hair and piercings maybe not tattoos tho. What colour did you dye your streak?

@ThePhandomUnleashed that's sucks but at least you get to finish early and same presentations always made me nervous jroscjg. I actually impulsively dyed a streak of hair already cuz of this quarantine, also if you'd get a piercing or tattoo where'd you put it?

I can now dye my hair wackass colours or get my nose pierced  or maybe even get a tattoo or two. The joys of not having a dress code. XD
