First, I hope everyone is healthy and safe! Those of you that keep up with Aftermath may have noted that I haven’t posted in some time, and I apologize for that. First, I think it was something I’m calling “Corona-Block”; I couldn’t focus on anything creative. Then all my classes went online. (I’m a collegiate lecturer.) For anyone thinking of taking or teaching an online class, it’s about three times as much work. I teach a few classes online at night anyway, so it wasn’t unfamiliar to me, but the transition was difficult. I’m sure many of you, both students and faculty, have experienced this; my experience is definitely not unique.
I’m almost finished—one class left—and once I get those grades in, I hope to get back to writing. If all works out, I’ll have something up within a week or two. I wanted to reassure all of you that are still keeping up with the quite-lengthy journey of Aftermath, I haven’t forgotten or quit the story.
