            It means, i think cause my google aint working right so im using chat gpt, 'A child born from dreams that were never real.' Or 'The dream-child who dwells within illusions.' Or smth like that. Lol. 
            
            Apparently 'yume' means dream while 'ko' means child so put together is 'Child Of Dreams' or 'Dream-born Child'. 'Gen' means illusion, phantom or mirage while 'mu' means dream as well. So 'Genmu' means Illusory Dream or smth.
