it depends on the situation, but a general explanation is it’s the thing that made you laugh or cry or shudder. so like, someone’s telling a story, right? and they say something funny to you that makes the whole story, so you would say “it’s the ‘i said THIS funny thing’ for me” to say that it was that part of the story that made the whole story funny. or, say someone is saying something sad, you could say ‘it’s the part where their best friend moved away’ that makes the story so sad for you. generally it is used in a comedic manner, but it has other connotations too. hope that helps!
