I have two fanfic ideas based around Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss for when I finish writing “Like Father, Like Son”. I would like to hear from you all which idea I should focus on first.
          	
          	Hazbin Hotel Idea: A high school teenager gets betrayed by his ex girlfriend and seeks revenge against her. His plan backfires and he gets sent to hell. He takes the form of a cat demon and ends up staying at the Hazbin Hotel. He quickly learns about the overlord system and wants a shot at becoming one. He does this in the hope that he can get rid of the bad influences and allow demons to consider the thought of redemption. His sights are on The Three V’s. Velvet, Vox, and Valentino. A possible love interest is the cat demon who works for Valentino. I believe her name is Summer.
          	
          	Helluva Boss Idea: Before Octavia was born, Stolas and Stella had a son. Unlike how Stella treats Stolas, she seems to give her son much love and affection. Eventually, he finds how toxic being around his family has become and learns about his destiny that is being forced upon him by his mother. So, he runs away from home and finds himself working for I.M.P. A possible love interest is an OC female member of the Ars Goetia that our main character meet and formed a genuine bond with when he was young, but is forbidden to marry her, because she has an extremely lower status within the Goetia family.

I love your Lower Decks story, but um was hoping to ask a few questions

            1: I’m keeping Rex’s alien species a mystery on purpose so that it can be a surprise. What I can tell you is that the species of aliens do exist within the Star Trek universe and I have been using plausible theories about them to expand not only their development. Though I also have taken some creative liberties from other outside inspirations which I thought would make sense and be interesting for the story. The two biggest  inspirations are Japanese Tokusatsu television shows, Kamen Rider aka Masked Rider and Ultraman, more specifically Ultraman Tiga. 
            
            2: Yes, I definitely plan on doing more original chapters as the story goes along. Aside from the expected changes to the actual episodes since Rex has to be inserted and focused on. Original chapters that come to the top of my head that I have planned involve “The Minor Fling” characters. Like with Rex meeting and forming a relationship with Tem-Shei the Areore Native Girl. As well as going on an adventure and being in a relationship with Petra Aberdeen while taking a break from Star-Fleet. Making a Crisis Point 3 chapter, which is that holo-deck movie series that The Lower Decks Squad made and played a part in. As a multi-part finale that happens after the events of the actual show, which also shows the aftermath with Rex and Tendi as a married couple. I’m sure there could be more ideas once my focus can be solely on this story.
            
            3: I own the first volume of The Lower Decks comics, so far. I still need to find the chance to read them. I didn’t plan on making them a part of the story, but when I do read them and if I believe they be worth adding, I’ll reconsider.

I do plan on continuing Like Father, Like Son. I am just in the middle of writers block with it. There is one more chapter I have to post with The Psychic Hero Fan Ending, so once that is done I can focus back on it as well as another story that I am still developing in my head.
