          I have a problem.
          
          I’m reaching out because this is starting to piss me off. A question to anyone that has ever published a story here: how does one go about uploading a Wattpad cover without losing the quality of the picture (and own sanity in the process)?! Because I’m going to try and reanimate Tales from Evangrade over the summer and had the inspiration to redo the cover, but neither the site nor the app is cooperating in uploading it without losing quality. I’ve never had this problem before and I’m out of ideas.
          
          So, any ideas much appreciated.

Happy 2021...? Let’s hope this year won’t turn out like the last one...

I’m sorry for whatever is happening to “Tales” rn, the WiFi in my vacation spot in non-existent and I’ve been trying to write the remaining chapters but the app keeps reverting all I’ve posted before to previous states and I don’t know what is going on. I’ll fix it in two weeks, when I come back, I swear! I’m so sorry!

I'm so sorry to anyone actually trying to read "Tales", you must hate me by now.
          
          @Inkwellheart you are a literal goddess of patience, by the way.
          
          I've noticed that my earlier chapters had such novice errors as SWITCHING THE CHARACTER'S HAIR COLORS etc. so I had to correct them and overall even out the style between the earlier and later chapters. Do normal authors do this in the middle of their story? No. Am I a normal author, writing four chapters over a few years? Also no.
          
          [Did I finally finish school and should have time to cook up the remaining chapters? Yes. I hope.]

I'm leaving for my summer holidays tomorrow! So if I seem especially unresponsive for the next three weeks, it will probably be due to a lack of internet connection or something. (Not me trying to be rude, I swear!) But maybe it will be an opportunity to write up a bit of "Tales". Hopefully. I mean, I am a master of procrastination.
          
          But on another note, I hope everyone enjoys their summer holidays/break! Be it productive or just purely relaxing, wherever you are, I'm hoping you are having a good time!

Today's round of updates on "Tales" is mainly just unifying the layout of my story, especially changing all the thoughts into italics for a cleaner look.

I am now changing my wattpad to TheNorwegianDritt because I love your username and I don’t wanna copy bc that would be stupid Lol... Was I rambling?

The Notre Dame Oak Initiative
          
          The problem with rebuilding the cathedral, especially the roof structure, is that there isn’t enough old oaks in France.
          Enough as in about a 1000 and old as in extremely long, 300-400 years old.
          
          Now, if one country proposes to supply such an amount of trees it’ll be practically begging for an environmental disaster. That is, if the environmentalists in this country don’t overthrow the government first.
          However, there IS a way to acquire such a number of oaks. If every country that has naturally growing oaks donated even a small fraction of the number needed, the task of gathering enough wouldn’t be so daunting.

Sorry for today’s multiple updates on the prologue of “Tales from Evangrade”, I was going through it correcting some mistakes. I’m set to write this story now that I’ve corrected what I did so far (the first chapter took me forever to write and then I scrapped it, so today I basically wrote it from scratch). I will be putting up the actual first chapter soon. Hopefully.
