lol I needed a writer friend to tell about this but I had a funny encounter at work this morning where I accidentally called one of the toddlers in my class as the name of one of my book characters instead of their actual name
@eyhuff I'm excited to see. Also being called Sean is like the highest level of praise. He's so cute!!
@TheStarfella so true. It would’ve been much more endearing if I called a little boy in my class Sean or something. Faith’s character is such an unhinged little gremlin as you’ll soon see more of
@eyhuff Must have been awkward though, calling the kid Faith. It probably wouldn't have been as awkward if the character was a good character!

Since you asked me to update you, I wanted to let you know that I’m planning on posting the first chapter of my new book, “The Virgin Mariah,” tomorrow morning (which might be tonight in your time. I’m not quite sure how far apart our time zones are). Anyways hope your writing is going well too! I can’t wait for the third book in your trilogy!
@eyhuff That must have been quite scary though. Catching bats! Still an interesting story to bring up with your kids, and grandkids and all :)
@TheStarfella yeah bats can give rabies. Luckily all the ones we caught were tested for it but they came back negative. Being an RA was wild. Like somehow I only had to deal with one drinking incident in my two years working there, but had to catch multiple bats
@eyhuff WHAT?!!! Firstly, that is SUCH a a dangerously cool lore drop, but also ridiculous that Animal control stopped responding!!! They just let the bats roam free to potentially harm other students in the dorm area? Also, can't bats give you rabies (I may be wrong, idk)? I don't think I'd have the guts to catch bats, that's such a brave thing to do. Especially if you actually were risking getting rabies if one of them bites you. That's good you didn't have to pay for housing though.

I don’t know much much Halloween is celebrated in other countries, but I can totally see Damien loving it and going all out trying to get everyone to do an elaborate group costume

@TheStarfella oh yeah, I may be ginger, but she’s fully blonde so the costume worked perfectly. And I’ll be looking forward to whenever you can post too, but take all the time you need. I’ll be sure to let you know once I publish mine

@rikaaraji468 Thanks, I like your profile too! I'm guessing the reason it switched from complete to ongoing is because I'm rewriting/editing book 1. I'm splitting some of the longer chapters up to make it easier to read, and have a few draft chapters waiting to get edited and published.
